Pros

Many locations, many jobs, many departments, wealth of knowledge shared over in-house software but hard to take advantage of in terms of time and knowing how to access it.

Cons

Myriad of support software all has different UI, sometimes hard to navigate and find what you need but it is there...somewhere.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Aggregate different support software and provide some autonomy to city offices. IT needs to be updated to keep up with the rest of the world.

    Pros

    Lot's of flexibility in the workplace for creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Supports and rewards performance through recognition awards and compensation. Provides many avenues for advancement.

    Cons

    Fast growth of company globally has caused some areas of the business to be self sufficient because corporate cannot expand services and support fast enough.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue to invest in information technology so that the company can leverage it's knowledge across the globe and accelerate it's service capabilities for clients.
