Pros

Nice, friendly people overall. Really smart, talented people but down to earth. You can learn a lot.

Cons

Brokers are nice but there is no real structure or effective work flow between the marketing team and the brokers. If you are with the right team, you are fine. Nobody likes to share data or marketing materials, which I find to be completely crazy.

Advice to Management

Don't just listen to your brokers. Develop a better system where everyone is involved and can share information for the good of the entire company.

    Pros

    Offer full service real estate services. Global network. Large pool of market data and statistics.

    Cons

    Must take personality test. Large company splits.

    Advice to Management

    Try to promote team collaboration within the network of brokers, property managers, space planners, sustainability, marketing, research and admin employees. Difficult to do with the nature of this business but I think a team effort is always the best approach. Also work hard to stay on cutting edge of trends to keep a market advantage.
