    Earned a paycheck. Really no other pro other than Remote program (which became a con because you ended up working even longer hours from home).


    -Management extremely unethical
    -Many people unqualified for positions especially at Assistant Controller level and above
    -Discriminatory practices commonplace
    -Extremely, unrealistically long hours (routinely 50-60 hrs/wk) with no relief
    -Highly political environment; Very cliquish
    -Antiquated systems
    -Pay WAY below market
    -Many members of mgmt treat employees w/open disrespect and are often rude/cruel
    -Lots of family members working together...NEVER A GOOD IDEA!!!
    -Lip service to employee appreciation

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Hire an independent, local HR Mgr w/no reporting to local Sr. Mgmt
    -Investigate high turnover rate
    -Clean house of local Sr. Mgmt to improve morale and local reputation
    -Analyze workloads and provide immediate relief
    -Review salary levels
    -Make amends to remaining staff and re-establish trust by allowing staff to give full review of poor work environment and provide suggestions for improvement

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Your values are excellent and if followed by the markets this company could reach new heights. Take a close look at the market leadership and their daily routine. They should set an example for genuine interest in employee development, work ethic, and client care. If they do not operate on your model of excellence please replace them. Set the standard that integrity and lawful operation are paramount.
