Apathetic management with little emphasis on accountability

Senior Accountant (Current Employee)
Minneapolis, MN

Pros: You'll help the company to profit and they'll boast about "big wins", while they keep your salary frozen for a few years. You'll learn… Cons: Promotion is based on "who you know" rather than "what you know". They keep your salary frozen for extended periods (2-3 years). Lack… Advice to Senior Management: Don't reward employees by permitting them to wear jeans for a week, as this doesn't help pay the bills. Stop sending the employees emails… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
