Pros

Recognition of the CBRE brand on your resume, many opportunities for advancement, good corporate policies and philanthropic efforts, good business model (consistency throughout the organization)

Cons

Low salary in comparison to the overall market, lots of politics and nepotism, under-performers are not disciplined and stay at the firm for years

My supervisor was changed constantly which was annoying but I was treated fairly and I enjoyed the work.

I have been working at CBRE

    Pros

CBRE is a great company to work for and provides many opportunities for the right person looking to receive a great training program in exchange for hard work.

    Cons

If you ever leave the company it is very difficult to get re-hired even if you have great experience.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would only say please give job candidates a chance to come back to work for CBRE. I have tried several times and interviewed well but still didn't make the cut. I have worked for them twice and made the mistake of leaving the company. Very unforgiving if you leave to pursue other opportunities.
