I worked at CBRE Realty Finance

Pros

You were allowed to pursue creativity , and there was always the opportunity to learn new things and be supported in doing this.

Cons

The company like all in its sector had to deal with a trying time in the industry and a recession

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Unfortunately the company is no longer in standing so difficult to give much advice. The company is mostly in run off mode today.

I worked at CBRE Realty Finance full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Multiple lcocations & accounts, Buiilding Engineer

    Cons

Human Resource Department that allows their supervisors to harass, curse at, belittle you and literally and physcially put their hands on you with out any consequences for the managers. They talk a good game but deliver none of it. Stressful atmosphere no help from anyone on RESPECT. Employees where great though.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat people how you would like to be treated, ultimately with respect. Playing power games and abusing your leadership to stroke your own ego is uncalled for. If you weren't meant to lead then stop leading like arrogant dictators, change your life! Bringing in your own friends to snitch on other employees is sad. Glad I got out before you could ruin my job history like so many before.
