CBS Corp Employee Review
CBS Corp – “$28M in annual compensation for someone specializing in broadcast schedules (no longer relevant) is a gross injustice.”

I can't think of one as you will see in the following fields. However, in an effort to meet the 100 word minimum to post, I am forced to continue. I will say that if you can get in at CBS with the right people you may have a chance at succeeding. In other words it is extremely political.
If you are the type of person who is comfortable making a so-called comfortable living and have a limited amount of motivation, you can do well at CBS just by going about your daily routine. Hard work is not rewarded, but being connected is.
Cons
The biggest downside was the politics, in fact it is such a political environment that it is all but impossible to even get a look at being promoted unless you're in with the right crowd, kissing a$%. Realizing that many companies are driven by politics, CBS was the most severe in my experience and frankly, work/productivity is secondary at best.
Although strides are being made recently, I think (Cnet purchase, among other things), CBS is still very old style media, therefore it cannot help harboring such an environment. If you are a go-getter, I would suggest looking elsewhere for employment.
Advice to Senior Management
I'm not sure that it's worth advising the current "leadership" team, at least not now, it would only fall on deaf ears.
