Generally lax in administering policies & procedures, and company does not require employees to display any loyalty or pride in working for the company. There are no company-sponsored events of any kind for employees.

Cons

Lack of any discernible company culture and haphazard approach to dealing with benefits and HR policies & procedures. Employees are treated as complete strangers by senior management.

Advice to Senior Management

CBS could be a great place to work at if only the management showed more of an interest in the employees and in creating a vibrant company culture. More up-to-date benefits and working facilities for employees would be a great start.
