Leading position in numerous interactive content categories. Very large online footprint and platform. Very large broadcast (national TV, Local, TV, Outdoor) platform which allows enormous potential to expand and build online brands.
Cons
It's a relatively big organization with extensive and often overlapping initiatives.
Advice to Senior Management
Be very decisive and make decisions quickly. Continue to invest and innovate regardless of economic circumstances. The medium is still young.
