ProsInteresting work, interesting people, competitive salary, benefits

Consterrible upper management, poorly-trained employees, terrible schedule/hours

Advice to Senior ManagementReward hard-work instead of letting it go unnoticed. Try to regulate the schedule/hours by hiring more temp workers and freelancers.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Very hard work, but it pays off tremendously

Pros: Getting into the Account Coordinator role is an amazing opportunity to get your foot in the door. It opens up a lot of opportunities. Once… Cons: The money is not great. Although it's expected in the Account Coordinator role, it's very disappointing when getting promoted, because your salary doesn't increase that… Advice to Senior Management: Please reconsider the cost structure.
