CBS Interactive – “Okay place”

Pros

Fun place to work, people are really great and everyone is very smart. Third Thursdays are always a great way to connect with everyone.

Cons

It seems like the opportunity for advancement isn't there. I also left before CBS acquired the company, so that could be a downside.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to your employees. Don't piss off the shareholders, and make the site innovative! the site has been struggling to increase it's viewers for a long time.
