Pros

The free will to do what I want at this job is outstanding. I basically manage myself which is terrific for personal growth.

Cons

There are way too many to list. Just to name a few:

No employee recognition or retainment
No opportunity for advancement
Horrible business model
Incompetent management
The wallet is always closed

Advice to Senior Management

You have to spend money to make money!

There are dozens of others in our business unit that share the same opinions I do, not to mention the clients we offer our "services" to.
