Laid back, engaging, lots of moving parts

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
New York, NY

ProsGreat work/life balance
Passionate, smart co-workers
Fair compensation/benefits
Freedom to explore personal interests
Size of the site makes it easier to work with outside parties

ConsSize and scope of the various Web properties can make coordination difficult between and even within sites

Seems to be cultural struggle between CBS and CNET in certain departments

Advice to Senior ManagementThe larger CBSi properties especially need to make it easier for users to find the content they're looking for. Search especially needs improvement.
