ConsI do not know where to start. I thought working for CBS would be a dream job!!! I was def wrong. The pay is LOWWWWWWWWWWWW!!! And selling radio is like selling salt to a snail. Impossible unless you are these huge companies THAT ALL THE SENIOR PEOPLE HAVE!!! They expect you to make deals with people that have know money. I spent more on gas then I made income.

Advice to Senior ManagementMicromanagement is dumb!!!!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
