Pros

Better Product than competitors. Better Structure. Larger NTR opportunities which equates to more cash for Sales Reps.

Cons

Initiative Selling to the Core. Lack of upper management in anything below a Tier 1 Market. Aggressive Selling Structure sold as "key".

Advice to Management

Some of the best radio stars were lost in the companies initiative to cut dollars in the last few years. Great managers were lost in mid and small markets which causes radio stations motivated sales people to churn and burn into a much more satisfying work/life balance opportunity.

    Pros

Great networking opportunities while working in the field. You have a chance to meet Marketing Reps from major companies.

    Cons

This position was mainly in field with no office time. Having more office time I think would give the promotions coordinators an opportunity to get to know other fellow employees. Not having an in office presence makes it hard for the coordinators to excel or move up to another position. Part timers are not even welcome at the Company Holiday Party....

    Advice to Management

    Allow coordinators office time.

  2. Great work environment, not much room for growth

    Pros

Work environment is great. Free food every week if you know the right places and the right people. Great that celebrities visit pretty often as well.

    Cons

There isn't much room to grow without having worked there for 10+ years. You really have to enjoy what you're doing there to get ahead
