I have been working at CBS Radio full-time for more than 3 years

Prosexcellent benefits, free soda/coffee, nice building, nice people

Constoo many sales people for too little piece of the pie, too many meetings, commissions keep getting lower each year

Advice to Senior Managementhire fewer reps and train the ones you do hire better

Pros: Better Product than competitors. Better Structure. Larger NTR opportunities which equates to… Cons: Initiative Selling to the Core. Lack of upper management in anything… Advice to Senior Management: Some of the best radio stars were lost in the companies initiative to cut dollars in the last few years.
