Pros

If you like entertainment and being on your toes at all times, this is an amazing job. I work with people who believe in something greater and believe in giving others opportunities to build their dreams. Everyone is extremely supportive of each other and for the most part, every department and job title no matter what the ranking is treated with the same respect. I truly love going to work everyday.

Cons

The salary is a bit low.

    Pros

The name will look good on your resume.

    Cons

Employees not helpful. You go to events and stand all day without a break, or food. We traveled to all the ballparks football stadium, car shows and out door events. We had to work in the cold without proper outerwear just to display their thin jackets logo. It did not matter if you're male or female they treated us horribly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go back to school and get a real degree in working with people especially pubic relations and communications. You don't know how to do either.
