Pros

Overall the people were nice and seemed generally competent at their roles.

Cons

The company offered not opportunities for training, most people were complacent and without any sort of training processes seemed behind and weren't nearly as productive as they could be.

Advice to Management

Figure out a way to keep your employees incentivized to continue challenging themselves and grow.

    Pros

Earning a transferable skill set that can apply to other positions in the future.

    Cons

I wouldn't recommend the position as an Account Executive because the compensation is very low (despite the economy and different philosophies), a minor change in your book of business can make or break you, and ability to grow is not to clear or promising.

    Advice to Management

You need to let go of your EGOS, and start being more honest with your employees.
