Good but if your not in the "in" you will not be noticed. Also, senior management has become "the boys club".

    Pros

You get to create wonderful and useful programming that changes the world on a daily basis. God bless Oprah! and Reacheal Ray for that matter.

    Cons

    NEPOTISM UP THE WAZZOO.
Not a creative personality within the whole organization. It's always let's do waht we did last time or what those other guys did. Nothing fresh or new EVER! It's run by a bunch of dinosaurs whose time passed 15 years ago.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You should quit and stop sucking the company dry with exorbitant salaries for do-nothing positions. Cut the corporate CYA act and be real men and women. Are you proud of yourselves for maintaining the status quo and doing nothing useful? You contirbute nothing to the company or to society.

    Pros

Very little politics or personal issues.

    Cons

    No benefits for contracted employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more full time employees and allow employees to engage with project sponsors. Too much shielding makes it hard for the employee to take pride in their work and have an aspect of the big picture.
