I have been working at CBS Television Studios

Pros

The people I work with are great people which makes it easy to come to work and get through the day.

Cons

Advancement is based on loyalty and who you know not who is most competent and does the best job. Compared to other studios we have the benefits. The HR department is the worst and they make it almost impossible for employees to transfer into other departments.

I have been working at CBS Television Studios full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

It brought me an enormous experience in prepping stars and guest at a very short time frame. Creating challenging looks and transformation on guest that earned my make-up team an Emmy for best Make-Up for the Tyra Banks Show.

    Cons

Communication was not always clear for everyone. Which created tension for some. But this is pretty normal in Television. Things change on a dime.
