“Exposure to the capital market, you will learn the superficial stuff relatively quick if you are devoted”
Former Employee – worked at CCG
Pros – Get exposure to the capital market, build up relationships with various people, banker, analysts, investors, etc. However, you add very little value to the overall performance of the company on the capital market. More a supportive function.
Cons – Management extremely bilateral, does not have strategic visions. Not generous and nice to employees. High rotation rate
Advice to Senior Management – Focus on add real value to clients, and try best to keep the talents.
