Pros

They give you time off when you need it. They do offer advancement and it is very easy to get hired.

Cons

Management was the worst. One manager would not even acknowledge that you spoke to her. She would just look at you and walk away. This was after just saying "good morning." This is not a professional office at all. The language spoken there is horrible. The way that they speak to customers is way out of line.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Help your employees grow instead of sitting in your office talking bad about them. If you do not think that they can do the job you hired them to do then you should not have hired them. Bullying is not allowed in high school and it should not be allowed in the work place either. There are no men in the office....why is that?

    Pros

    Available jobs, easy to get in the door. Days off are easy if given enough notice. Hard to say much else.

    Cons

    Little confidence or competence with staffing management. Clear lack of communication or understanding of account's needs or duties. Constant turnover of employees, management, and staffing management - incompetence on CCI's side and their partnership with IBM. If you land a job with one of their call centers (not hard), be constantly looking for a better opportunity. This is rock bottom pay, experience, and treatment for this level of employment. Do not concern yourself with consideration for loyalty either - they do not value it, and are used to an extremely high turnover rate.

    You can, and will find a better employer. Do not rest on their stepping stone for long.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire competent employees, train competent employees, follow through and do your job. Pay the mainstay of your employees better - every other similar workforce pays better with less pace, stress, and drana.

    Gey some considerate HR staff that is not rumor mongering drama makers. You're running a business, not a soap opera.

    Wrong CCI - CCI Channel Management does not have an office in Boulder.

    Pros

    Good collaborative culture
    Great coworkers
    Good communication company wide
    Focused on results not process - everyone succeeds or everyone fails

    Cons

    Small company so you have to wear a lot of hats! This can be a pro because you get lots of experience or a con because you have to cover more than your job sometimes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep the positive attitude and keep sharing your strategy and plans with the team. Bravo to you for keeping everyone employed during a very rocky economy.
