I worked at CDC as an intern

    Pros

The Athens land Trust is a wonderful organization in that it provides needed services to low income families in the form of increased access to local, healthy and fresh food, as well as affordable housing in neighborhoods that are able to maintain their cultural identity.

    Cons

It's underfunded and overworked - most employees make below what they should be compensated for to cover their work level. Constant searching for grants can be tiring.
