ProsFor people who like the following, it's a great place:
Free food and "stuff"
Campaigns
Good incentive programs (for sales staff)

ConsDemanding hours
College like atmosphere with lots of millenials (could be a pro for some)
Some questionable characters in management (occasionally abusive)

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you expect your more experienced or tenured staff to be entrepreneurial, please give us the flexibility to be entrepreneurial adults, instead of treating us like children
