Pros

Interaction wtih relatively senior clients. Entrepreneurial opportunities (although less and less)

Cons

Feels like an org that grew too quickly, some divisions are well run others seem a mess

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Alongside attracting great talent I think you need to pay competitively with consulting firms

    I worked at CEB

    Pros

Brilliant people. Efficient use of your time. Exciting opportunities to interact with top business professionals in the world. Strong comp.

    Cons

Poor leadership in the face of adversity. Too many best practices layered upon best practices- in a vacuum, they self-destruct. Management can't figure-out who moved their koolaid. Robots do better than those with high EQ.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Follow your own mission statement, vision and values. Your layoff procedures were completely lacking in integrity. This company is nothing without integrity.
