Good place to work

Laborer (Former Employee) Charlotte, NC

ProsKept busy, when economy is good there are as many hours as you want. They dont mind paying overtime so its the only way to make any real money.

ConsTough work. Also once the economy slows down in any way, people get let go left and right. This seems to come more with any industry that is tied to construction though.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to manage boom and bust better.
