Pros

The contract that I worked for was generous when it came to granting time off until the union was put into place. The management team was focused on getting the daily workload completed.

Cons

The management team was unwilling to release the workforce even when work was completed. The overtime that was worked was more than necessary. The Senior Supervisors were uncaring and unwilling to assist you in daily problems and issues. The payroll department made frequent errors in paychecks. They lacked effective and efficient communication between other members of management and the workforce. The leadership lacked the ability to connect with the workforce.

Advice to Senior Management

No advice to hand out here. The contract was closed this year. I only hope that some of the Senior Supervisors realize that they need some training in how to relate to people.
