“CGI Federal: An Insult to Human Intelligence”
Current Employee – been working at CGI Federal full-time for less than a year
Pros – -great if you want to be a mindless drone
-awesome salary if you want to live in a cardboard box
-great environment for doing nothing
-internal "cult-like" promotion of the company ("one of us")
Cons – -ignorant management
-hands-off work force and administration
-insult to employees with drive for innovation and progressive work styles
-no management fast track
Advice to Senior Management – Find something for your employees to do rather than let them sit and do nothing for weeks on end. Companies like this will be the end of IT innovation and progress in the public sector.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
