I worked at CGI Federal
Pros – Progressive company with emphasis on employees as members, 80%+ are involved in the share purchase plan.
Cons – At times, the manager lacks a vision for workforce development.
Advice to Senior Management – Encourage more creativity and offer regular time for team meetings to brainstorm and allow some ideas an opportunity to takeoff and see how they do in the real world.
