“Work contracted out to Big company but pay slacks”
Current Employee – been working at CGI Group full-time
Pros – overall the company is great just the wrong location. location dictates the amount of money paid to workers. caring people
Cons – they allows contracting company to control their company
needs to provide management on a project before providing the "worker" bees
Advice to Senior Management – give bigger raises
