The hours are flexible which is great!
Cons
The Shared Services organization within Corporate is the most frustrating group I've ever worked with.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay higher salaries for better qualified people to work in Shared Services. In the interview process, see if they can put together a 500 piece puzzle, if they cannot, they are not qualified. People with problem solving skills are greatly needed.

What is your health/wellness progam in Denver. We don't have anything here. No discounts to sports clubs, no cash for attending a gym, no bike room, and nothing is ergonomical in the NY area. Plus Shared Services is run by from what I can tell nobody. It is a black hole where no information ever comes out. How can you rate CGI a 5?
