“A great place to work, as long as you don't mind micromanagement.”
I worked at CGI Group full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Learned a great deal about the Native American experience while working on a project for the BIA.
Cons – Not given the latitude to further improve business processes.
Advice to Senior Management – Micromanagement does not work, that was reinforced during my tenure.
