Pros

They will hire anybody. Sick time is unlimited. You have a pretty decent cubicle.

Cons

If you don't suck up then you don't move up. They don't give a rat's butt about you as a person. If you don't cook, don't expect a promotion. Yes, I meant to type cook! (I realize this is an IT company and culinary skills shouldn't play a role, but you'd be surprised in the SWVA Center)

Advice to Senior Management

Take a good hard look at how you treat employees. Make sure the companies you contract out with also share your values. Don't promote brownosers.
