The positives are things like; Flexible Schedule, Unlimited Sick Time, Social Club, your own motivator

Cons

The negatives are stress, management, time lines, at the beck and call sometimes.

    Compensation and benefits is good

    Cons

    Old technologies,less carrier growth,poor managment.HR decisions are very bad and poor.less value to employee and more publicity about core values,less onsite oppturnity

    Need to get more projects,need to give value to employee in reality not on papers.

    I have been working at CGI Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    All depends on project you are working. Lots of career options are there and can move to the project you desires as well.

    Flexible timings and lots of compliments. Good from infrastructure pint of view.

    Cons

    getting very less recognition from higher levels and hike is not much for the existing employers.
