    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Lots of people and different jobs, different fields of work, therefore a good opportunity to make contacts, build a network and see the work being done in CGI's client businesses from the inside

    Cons

The outsourced work is the lowest possible jobs in the given field (not that interesting); bosses or seniors often hold a low level of education, which can make communication difficult

    Advice to Management

Allow and encourage employees to develop a sensible career plan; be more transparent with the company's accounting (of course, as a business, this may not be possible)
