Pros

Great Pay, Good Benefits: 401k and health care are good.

Cons

Too much separation between upper echelon and workers. Middle management can do what ever they want with out repercussions. So your boss may be awful but nothing can be done about it,..this happened to me.

Advice to Management

Keep a closer eye on satellite office staff.

    Pros

Salary, immediate supervisor and VP were great to work with.

    Cons

    401k is sub-standard.
The recruiter was unsuccessful in getting managers to respond to recruiting efforts to place me when my contract was de=scoped. This is not a ding on the recruiter but it does not say much about the responsiveness of the Program Managers.

    Advice to Management

Find a better 401k plan; and encourage Program Managers to either be responsive to retain talent within the company, or to delegate the task if they are too busy.
