    Pros

Good benefits. Great teammates. Provided with the opportunity to gain a lot of responsibility. Training was encouraged.

    Cons

Assessment process is too subjective and disorganized. Found it difficult to move between projects. Difficult to get promoted - no standard criteria to meet.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company needs to feel more cohesive - it felt very disjointed and each project operated differently based on the project manager.

    Pros

Great place to start out of college, lots of young hires. Talent is recognized with more leadership opportunities. Great benefits, social club, and travel/tuition reimbursement. Stable jobs/contracts.

    Cons

They'll overwork your and burn you out if you let them. High turnover from the previous comment. Usually lower salaries than competitors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be stingy on raises and don't burn us out.
