Pros

None. The work environment and office culture is terrible, especially if you are an IT professional with prior experience. Management treats everyone as though you are incompetent.

Cons

This is the worst work environment that I have ever been in:
- work hours are ridiculous; expect 15 hr days
- expect to be micro-managed
- management is not "open door"
- several "clicks" exist

Advice to Management

There is so much that needs to be fixed; employees are so distrustful of management.

    Pros

They were a really good company until they started looking for a buyer.
Good pay raises for the first two years. One at 6 months and one at the first year mark.

    Cons

The last 2 years before CGI bought them they started messing with our annual reviews and delaying promotions and pay raises.
They were very anti-military. Constantly harrasing me about being gone for the military.

    Advice to Management

Hopefully they changed the culture of the work place. If you did not work in or around DC, they never wanted to hear from you.

    It's a job not a place for a career

    Pros

Life work balance is great with the company.

    Cons

Due to the remote working environments there is no general location for employees to got if needs assistance with projects and the assistance that is provided by peers is sub-par.

    Advice to Management

CGI needs to treat employees more as a resource and reason they are successful as opposed to office supplies that can be thrown to wayside.
