    Pros

Great esprit de corp, great people and a true structure to entrepreneurship that is proven

    Cons

This review is focused at the US arm:
When they acquired AMS, they kept the management team in place. That group had so many poor managers at VP level, it's a wonder that CGI didn't get sued on a weekly basis for labor relations issues. Even worse, the VP of HR out of Atlanta was an active enabler of most of it, so folks truly had no where to turn. The AMS veterans promoted a system of keeping their fellow vets at senior positions, even though they either grossly under performed, had horrible ethics, or both.
It seems they've brought them under thumb a bit, but after so many tremendously talented people were victimized and were forced out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to purge the AMS folks
