Pros

Flexibility, Working from home, Work-Life Balance, Good first and third job in a career.

Cons

Raises/bonuses are not great, Some people who work more and do better work are often paid the same as people who do less work and are lazy.

Advice to Management

Pay good workers more money if you want them to stay with the company.

    Pros

Good benefits: Stock Purchase Plan, 401(k), medical, dental Great environment with generally friendly, diverse group of people Work / Life balance is better than most other consulting firms

    Cons

Salary is less than competitive, training is minimal at best, cross-project communication is terrible, scope of responsibility is far too small, very little chance of learning new skills while on an assignment.

    Advice to Management

Diversify the skill set of all employees, developers included. It seems as though teams such as AppDev, Test, and Training do not work well together.

Lack of communication. Disorganized - if they don't like you, they will find a way to get rid of you. (Read Cons)

    Pros

Average salary. Flexible hours. Good start.

    Cons

If the company wants to replace you any time they send you to special program and they will make sure you will fail it, eventually they will terminate you in 30 days. So if you feel that they don't agree with you or you don't see that they pay attention to your demands/comments/ideas be ready to move to another job.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees. Coordinate work in a better 'professional way'. I agree with other reviewer that had the same treatment on this - Please investigate the thoroughly when some one sent to special program. It may be due to racism discrimination and do justice to the particular employee. I listened Improper/offensive language at meetings several times (cursing), which is very unprofessional, some young kids working there laugh but others will consider disrespectful, pay attention to those behaviors.
