    Pros

Flexibility to WFH, ability to take time off to attend to personal matters, team spirit, open door policy with management, ideas encouraged.

    Cons

Tightened budget required long weekend hours and fewer FTE's to complete tasks. Too many tasks on managers plate - not always conducive to getting their time/ attention.

    Advice to Management

Be Proactive with meeting with Consultants, and encouraging about their career goals. Have frequent 1X1 communications. Follow-up with feedback based on what you heard - sometimes the team member may not themselves be aware of the observation the manager made - based on their communications/ contact.

  2. Helpful (2)

Constant change in management and direction - hard to feel part of the company

    Pros

    Very competitive salaries, good benefits.

    Cons

Poor communication from management, no opportunity for other project positions. Poor sales team resulting in few new opportunities. Very short bench time if a project ends - you are released. Expectation of any travel, anywhere

    Advice to Management

Need to set a strategic direction and keep people onboard to make it happen. Constant churning of management and little strategic sales efforts.
