ConsSenior Management always changing, very much into what the shareholders want as opposed to what the customer needs. Too much change in the field and it affects the customers in a negative way. No loyalty for the amount of time put in

Advice to Senior ManagementStick with what works, listen to your employees and customers and they will guide you the right way. It shouldn't always be about money
