Benefits and culture are great. Overall a great place to work. Leadership believes in employees and there are plenty of opportunities to earn extra PTO
Cons
Salary could be better. Really that's the only negative that I see. If they would compensate at a stronger rate they would probably hold onto employees longer

Yes, base salary is decent. It is base plus commision. Each division is different so hard to say. I recommend applying
