    Pros

Great as a young graduate, if you want to travel a bit and try out a few different things, mix up a bit of software development and client engagement, drink a lot, make some good friends.

CHP will be around for a long long time. The business model works, the market is there and we're positioned well within it.

    Cons

Not so great if you want to be a bit more settled while also being challenged and engaged on a daily basis. After 5/6 years (less for some) it can get a bit 'samey' especially when the same old frustrations come back to haunt you again and again.

Don't be sold on necessarily becoming a pure business analyst. There will definitely be plenty software development on the cards for you.

Don't be sold on necessarily becoming a pure software developer. This is something you *can* do and it's a pro that this is an option, however, this is where some of the repeating frustrations kick in.

Plenty of politics and a clique or two. Great if you're in with the cliques. Not terrible if you're not.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
