Not well organized, but decent pay

I worked at CHR Solutions full-time for less than a year

ProsPay and benefits were good.

ConsThe lack of organization was difficult. Opportunities within company were there, but everyone is so backlogged, they can't enjoy their job.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlan better.
