CHRISTUS Health Systems Support in San Antonio, TX: (Current Employee)

Pros

Great career building, great co-workers, good supportive management, always food in the kitchen, good compensation, positive environment.

Cons

Improve the medical insurance part of the benefits package.

Advice to Senior Management

Thank you for all you do for poor and under served. It is a great cause and much appreciated.

I'd like to know which department you are in because they are about to consolidate all the corporate staff in to one location That means a lot of people who don't live in the final city selected for the new offices are going to lose their jobs. Throw that on top of cutting benefits in 2012, low pay, low raises, etc. I just don't see how you can say it's the best company to work for......unless you are getting on here to try and reverse some of the negative feedback as a member of management.

The only thing that would help if I share with you is that my review was "too early to call". Because this review was prior to the changes coming forth and some additional information that would have been helpful If I had waited a bit longer.
