Pros

The people are great to work with and overall work environment is decent. Benefits are decent as well compared to other companies

Cons

Pay is extremely low relative to others in the industry. There is essentially no more for advancement as it is primarily a custodial.

Advice to Senior Management

Management is cheap. They actually have a cap on how much mail is in your lotus notes! Even gmail doesn't have that. Have to pay for attending company events, stingy with taxi chits, bad management overall.
