I worked at CIBC full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Managers are lazy so they don't stop by to check on you too often.

Cons

People who don't follow compliance are kept because they exceed sales targets and bring business in. This makes it hard to compete in a moral and ethical way.

    Good for new employee to learn on lending, and basic investing b/c you need to work on everything.

    Pay is the lowest compare to other big 5s
