    Pros

There is nothing positive about this organization other then run for cure

    Cons

No work life balance, Two extreme management techniques 1. micro management or 2.Remote management where your boss does not care, or show interest. ( good luck requesting vacation). Lots of backbitting amongst employees. Low/no raises annually-same reason year over year, bank did not perform well. No team work, everyones in for themselves
