Pros
Non management employees work extremely hard, employees on the front line want to help the clients, benefits are reasonable, good clients
Cons
Senior management are unaware or choose to ignore the problems within the organization resulting from to many mid level managers trying to run their own shows at odds with overall strategy. Constantly changing initiatives to chase the newest flavor of the day rather then a constant strategy to rally behind. Company focus on the dollars at expense of client experience then they choose to measure you for performance on the poor client feedback. Unrealistic demands on the sales people that require them to give up a work and lifestyle balance. No ability to manage rather you take direction from the market offices at a micro management level.
Advice to Senior Management
Review your mid level and low level executives and actually clean out the deadwood. Do a realistic employee survey that asks the real and difficult questions that will enable real change to occur. Don't sacrifice your senior managers for higher level problems and incompetence...the managers have no control in reality. Stop burning through your long term employees as your experience level is falling rapidly
